We follow A Win Win Payment Structure!

This Is A Safe Money Bank of MY IT SALAHKAAR and Programmers! 

We take the first part payment post the draft quotation approval stage for the technology resource required if any to enable us to deliver.

A software project be divided into modules/milestones.

At the end of each module/milestone we will take the part payment.

At the end of integration milestone, we take the part payment.

At the end of go live we take the part payment.

At the end of user training, we take the part payment.

Now One hundred percent professional fees paid to the Programmers.

A. Fixed Technology Cost to Enable Us i.e. First Part Payment

B. MY IT SALAHKAAR project management cost.

C. Programming Cost (Also Depends on Changes in requirement given by the client)

(B+C) is charged together and collected from client in parts in the means of every subsequent payment after the first one.

Draft Quotation Consist of All of the A+B+C Together Giving the Fair Idea.

We do not charge for Cosmetic Changes.

Client is the owner.

We encourage that true value for time and money lies in getting things first time right to the best possible extent. True Success Lies In Doing It Fully As Per Clients Vision In The Very First Attempt Itself Reducing Overheads And Recurring Changes Thus Cost Post Live! If further their is a change or functionality, we are always more than happy to serve.

There are very meagre chances of this case. We refund all the payments collected so far keeping the very first part payment aside which was done to enable us to deliver. So, when we succeed, we all jointly succeed as a team and when we fail, we all jointly fail as a team. One fine example of such case could be say encountering a technical or logical showstopper be it pre-live or post-live and so in this case MY IT SALAHKAAR and Programmers refund second part payment to all N part payments collected so far. (If the client wants to opt out due to some reason at any stage, then this format or pattern is not applicable.)

Instances could arise where their hands on support be required during wait and watch time period post user training. We believe our programmers be competent enough to take us to the finish line and hence we are outsourcing this expertise areas. 

Just as a reference the association time for - Client - 4 months, MY IT SALAHKAAR - 4 months, Programmer - 3 months. This is subjective on a case-by-case basis.

The Trio i.e. Clients-MY IT SALAHKAAR-Programmers must have their base in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane.
